Abdullah Fayyad, MD
About Dr. Fayyad
With special interest in endoscopy procedures, Dr. Fayyad finds great fulfillment in working with patients to diagnose and treat issues like Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis and inflammatory bowel disease. He explains, “I treat people first, not numbers, x-rays or endoscopy findings. I love caring for others and this is what led to my career in gastroenterology. It’s about considering the big picture by listening to patients, understanding what they’re suffering from, doing thorough examinations and finding the best solutions to make them feel better. I will always go that extra step and be here to help however possible.”
Dr. Fayyad earned his medical degree from the University of Jordan School of Medicine where he graduated in the top 5 percent of his class. He completed internships at Al-Bashir Hospital and Jordan University Hospital and received residency training at Wayne State University School of Medicine. Dr. Fayyad is fellowship trained in gastroenterology from the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics. He belongs to the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Gastroenterological Association.
Outside of work, Dr. Fayyad spends a lot of time with his family. Together, they enjoy hanging out around the house, going on picnics, playing and traveling together.
For patient convenience, our providers practice at multiple clinic and hospital locations throughout the Fox Valley and Northeast Wisconsin. Please call FVSA for physician-specific locations.
